The sales activator or ‘Sales Game’ as our sales floor call it has been such a useful tool for us at World Trade Group. We have used it across our sales floor by creating competitive teams lead by the sales managers but that are made up of teams across the whole floor and they create their own team name. We have one of our Producers acting as the game host, scorer and timekeeper and their decision is final! If anyone is late for the game then they loose points for their teams. We have a fixtures list that means all teams compete against each other to be the best team in the company. The activator has enabled teams to mix throughout the sales floor and has enabled the sales managers to gain feedback about their sales individuals from other managers on the floor. Joint knowledge gaps have been identified which means the training that is then delivered is tailored to the group of sales executives.
I would definitely recommend this tool for any telesales based company.
