What a good time our team had at this years L&S2015!

It was great to see our clients and friends, plus make new friends throughout the two days, a show like this brings such a variety of business and people, we love it.

The major difference from last years show was the development of Learning Management Systems, which dominated the show with some spectacular ideas, design and software. Its interesting to see how organisations are taking control of their internal communication and learning, using the internet as a portal that looks, feels and reads just as good as the customer facing website. It was a very colourful technology focused affair that we were pleased to find out more about and yes the UK is definitely leading the way in Learning Technology.

On the other-hand those offering content and learning solutions were not so thick on the ground, which was unusual as most of the LMS ask for the client to populate with their own content, which works when it comes to product, visuals and brand facts but not on softer skills. Having talked to many of the LMS providers, the content frequently ran thin around softer skills and personal development. Of course many companies have their own Training Academies and learning programmes that can be integrated, but many don’t. And this is what we found really interesting and what we felt most proud of at the show, our content and how well it fits within these LMS.

Our content stands apart from all other learning solutions, because its depth and versatility across all Consultative Sales and Service training. Plus it is easily shapeable and personalisable, which means it could be added onto any one of the LMS platforms we saw. We realised just how special our product is (again, happens once in a while:) and can’t wait to see it integrated with some of our Partners systems.
