Delivery times & costs

We can deliver your Sales Activator® to virtually anywhere in the world. Delivery charges and transit times for sending you one Sales Activator® unit are:

• Rest of European Union - £58 (5 - 6 days)
• United States & Canada - £68 (6 - 8 days)
• Australia - £78 (6 - 8 days)
• Rest of the World - £96 (7 - 10 days)

Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued with track and trace information to enable you to monitor your delivery in transit. This will include the shipping method and carrier. To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all their shipments. Do not feel concerned if you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed.

Undeliverable units

If your Sales Activator® order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you by email along with the reason why it was not delivered (incorrect address/failed delivery attempts/address format) and issue you with a full refund including the delivery charges. You are welcome to place a new order on our web site.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Sales Activator® order purchased from our web site provided that your order has not yet entered the shipping process. If your order has entered the shipping process you can return it for a full refund excluding the cost of delivery.
